Selma Arborist Seminar

This is a knowledge-based training course designed for tree workers authorized by their employer to operate hand fed brush and wood chippers as well as stump cutters as a part of their job requirements. In this course attendees will learn skills and techniques such as general safety principles, PPE, pre-operation inspection, start-up and shut-down procedures, proper use of hand fed brush and wood chippers, proper use of stump cutters and safe work practices. Brush and wood chipper operations as well as stump cutter operations will be explained, demonstrated by instructors.

Cost: $100 per person, includes lunch

CEU: 6.5 hours upon completion
